Economy (registered airmail): most orders arrive 14–23 days after you order.
Expedited (EMS): usually 7–14 days.

That includes 3–7 business days to pack and hand the parcel over in Japan (no later than 10). Every order ships with tracking.

United States: no. US orders ship DDP, which means import duties and taxes are already included in what you pay here. Nothing is due on delivery.

Selected EU countries: no, for orders up to US$150. EU VAT and duty are collected at checkout (see Shipping & duties).

Other countries: duties and taxes are set by your own customs office and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the amount you actually paid.

Shipping is free to most countries.

United States: a small customs handling fee based on the order value, because duties are paid at checkout.
Selected EU countries: a flat US$5 customs handling fee.

Faster EMS shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.

Yes, if the card arrived damaged, is significantly not as described, or is the wrong item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos — return shipping is on us and you get a full refund. We don't offer exchanges or returns for a change of mind.

For orders over US$200 and PSA graded cards, please record a video while opening the parcel. We may ask for it when reviewing a claim.
