About returns, defective products and cancellations

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us beforehand by email.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

- Returns due to customer's convenience (wrong choice, change of mind, wrong order, etc.)
- Items that clearly show signs of use (e.g., stains, damage, odors)
