All items are shipped from Japan.

Handling Time

We aim to ship within 10 business days after payment is confirmed. (May vary slightly depending on circumstances.)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Economy (registered airmail): 7 - 21 business days
Expedited (EMS, Japan Post): 3 - 12 business days

Delivery times vary by destination. Japan Post lists EMS at around 2 - 4 days for East and Southeast Asia, and 6 - 12 days for North America, Oceania and Latin America.

United States, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking, which will be updated once available. International shipping and customs processing can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

Packaging

All cards are packed in 5-step protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Customs & Duties

United States (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid): Import duties and taxes are included. No additional payment is required upon delivery.

All other countries (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid): Import duties, taxes and any related handling fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

All customs are processed using the correct HS code for fair and transparent handling.
