Shipping & Duties
Every order is packed by hand in Japan and leaves with tracking. This page explains what shipping costs, how long it takes, and who pays import duties.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders outside the United States.
For orders to the United States, the shipping charge covers the import duties and taxes we pay on your behalf. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Shipping is calculated on the total weight of the order, not per item. A single card and five cards often cost the same to send, so adding more cards to one order is usually the cheapest way to buy.
Delivery times

These are counted from the day you order and include 3 – 7 days to pack and hand the parcel over in Japan.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese national holidays.
Import duties and taxes
United States
US orders ship DDP — import duties and taxes are already included in what you pay at checkout. Nothing is due on delivery.
All other countries
Orders ship DDU / DAP. Import duties, VAT and any customs handling fee are set by your own customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay here, and they are not something we can waive or refund.
We declare the amount you actually paid. If your parcel is held at customs, it is almost always waiting for that payment — contact your local carrier or customs office to release it.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over. If tracking stops moving, message us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Packing
Penny sleeve, top loader, cardboard brace, OPP bag, then a rigid mailer. Cards are handled with gloves at every step.
