About Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at our store:

◆ Credit Card
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.

◆ Google Pay
Available when viewing our store on Google Chrome. Select Google Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.

◆ Apple Pay
Available on iPhone, iPad, or Mac using Safari. Select Apple Pay from Express Checkout on the payment page.

◆ PayPal
Pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account registered in your PayPal account.

Shipping & Handling

Carriers: Japan Post / FedEx / DHL

Handling Time: Orders are shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States — Economy: 8–12 business days / Expedited: 1–4 business days
  • Other countries — Economy: 8–18 business days / Standard: 5–12 business days / Expedited: 1–4 business days

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Full tracking is included with all orders.

About Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to accept cancellations or changes for customer convenience. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible through our inquiry form. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is significantly different from the description

We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly described items.

Returns for customer preference (e.g. wrong image expectations, change of mind) are not accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving your item. We may ask for photos or a video of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue.
